Zoe Yujnovich, Shell’s director of Integrated Gas and Upstream, will step down after over a decade with the company. Shell announced that it has appointed insiders Cederic Cremers as president of Integrated Gas and Peter Costello as president of Upstream.

Cremers has worked at Shell since 2002, while Costello joined the company in 2016.

These leadership changes come as Shell plans to simplify its senior leadership structure.

The company also stated that starting April 1, leaders of the executive committee representing Integrated Gas, Upstream, Downstream, Renewables and Energy Solutions, Trading and Supply, and Projects and Technology will be titled “President” of their respective organizations instead of “Director.”
