Leaders from government, finance, healthcare, telecom and technology will examine what happens when AI moves from supporting decisions to making them
Doha, Qatar – Scribe Minds & Media will host the Middle East – Qatar Agentic AI Forum, bringing together senior executives, policymakers, investors and technology innovators under the theme “Autonomy at Scale: Powering Qatar’s Next Economy.”
The forum is part of what organisers describe as the world’s largest Agentic AI series, which spans 12 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia and has already brought editions to markets including the UAE, KSA, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. The Qatar edition applies that regional conversation to a national question: what happens when AI stops supporting strategy and starts executing it?
Qatar is moving beyond digital transformation towards systems that do not simply inform decisions but make them. Backed by multi-billion-dollar investment in AI adoption, a maturing Digital Agenda 2030, and national initiatives led by QRDI and QFC, the country is positioning itself as a serious contender in AI-led growth. In the public sector, multi-agent systems are already reducing operational timelines from weeks to minutes, a signal of how quickly the shift from infrastructure to intelligence is taking hold.
That shift raises questions that go well beyond technology. As AI begins to influence economic output, workforce evolution and national competitiveness, leaders must decide how far to trust intelligent systems, who is accountable for their outcomes, and how to move from isolated pilots to production-ready platforms that deliver measurable returns. The forum is designed to put those questions on stage.
The programme will examine how organisations can evolve from isolated use cases to autonomous ecosystems, and whether enterprises are ready for multi-agent orchestration. It will also address how Qatar can balance the pace of innovation with data sovereignty and regulatory control, how AI can be secured as it becomes critical national infrastructure, and who owns the decision when AI makes it. Sessions will take the form of keynote presentations, panel discussions and sponsor presentations.
Speakers include representatives from organisations such as Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar Foundation, QInvest, Ministry of Finance Qatar and Starlink Qatar, alongside government and technology leaders. Industry coverage spans banking and financial services, government and ministries, telecommunications, energy and utilities, healthcare, retail and e-commerce, real estate, education, and travel and tourism.
The forum expects to welcome CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and heads of AI and machine learning; heads of digital transformation, automation, innovation and strategy; providers and start-ups specialising in Agentic AI; investors, venture capital and private equity firms; and policymakers, regulators and standards bodies exploring AI governance, ethics and compliance. A networking coffee, a recharge break and a networking lunch are built into the day to encourage connection between sessions.
The programme will also feature an awards ceremony, presented with Clap4Brandz, recognising the Top 50 Agentic AI Leaders in Qatar 2026, the individuals building, deploying and governing the next generation of AI agents.
Ibrahim Abdelaziz – Programs Director at Hamad Medical Corporation says “Agentic AI represents a significant evolution in healthcare, moving beyond intelligent assistance toward autonomous systems capable of coordinating complex workflows, supporting clinical decisions, and improving patient experiences. Its true potential lies not only in technological advancement, but in our ability to scale these capabilities responsibly, with patient safety, accountability, and human oversight at the core.”
“Qatar is moving from digital ambition to execution, and Agentic AI is the next step. This forum gives leaders a place to discuss the infrastructure, talent and responsible AI adoption that will shape banking, healthcare, energy, telecom and the public sector, and to build the partnerships that support Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030 and sustainable growth,” said Mr. Jordan Abraham and Mr. Pradish Gireesan, Co-Founders of Scribe Minds & Media.
The forum is supported by Darwinbox as Gold Sponsor, with CXingularity, One Identity and TechAhead as Associate Sponsors.
For leaders in Qatar, the forum offers a chance to hear how peers are moving from ambition to execution, to test their own assumptions about autonomous AI, and to build the connections that will shape the next phase of the country’s digital economy.
