Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of international copyright and trademark laws.
1. Permitted Editorial Use (Unlicensed)
Organizations recognized by Gazet International are granted a limited non-exclusive right to announce their achievement in plain text only.

2. Licensed Visual Use

3. Prohibited Actions
Without a formal licensing agreement, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Creation of Derivative Badges
Organizations may not create their own badges or graphics using the Gazet International name or logo.
Unsanctioned Physical Reproduction
The Gazet International logo may not be applied to self-manufactured trophies, plaques, or signage.
Alteration of Assets
Licensed assets may not be modified in:

4. Monitoring & Compliance
Gazet International actively monitors global digital platforms using brand protection and compliance tools.

Notice of Infringement
If unauthorized usage is identified:

A formal compliance notice will be issued.

secure a retroactive licensing agreement

Gazet International reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and statutory damages for unauthorized commercial use.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
Award Branding & Intellectual Property Licensing
- Ownership: All Gazet International titles, logos, seals, icons, and trophy designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Gazet International.
- Usage Rights: Winning an award grants the recipient a non-exclusive right to refer to the award title in plain text (e.g., “Winner of the Gazet International Best Broker Award 2024”).
- Visual Licensing: The visual use of any Gazet International brand marks—including but not limited to digital seals, social media badges, website banners, and physical or digital trophy reproductions—is strictly prohibited without a valid Commercial Asset License.
- Physical Reproductions: The manufacture, 3D-rendering, or engraving of the Gazet International logo or award title onto third-party trophies, plaques, or medals is a violation of our trademark and copyright. Official trophies must be sourced directly from Gazet International or an authorized vendor.
- Unauthorized Use: Use of these assets without a paid license or written authorization will result in a Retroactive Licensing Fee and may disqualify the entity from future award cycles.
