The volume of real estate sales contracts registered with the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice reached QAR 256,631,902 on May 24 and 25, 2026. Concurrently, the Ministry’s Real Estate Bulletin indicated that the total value of sales contracts specifically for residential units during this two-day window amounted to QAR 21,021,769. According to the department’s weekly data, the property types traded included vacant land plots, private residences, apartment buildings, commercial retail spaces, and individual residential units.
The transaction activity was concentrated across several key municipalities, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal. Notable master developments and localized areas driving this activity included Al Kharaej, Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Wukair, and Ghar Thuaib. This brief trading window follows a highly active preceding week, where total real estate transactions registered between May 17 and May 21 surpassed QAR 558 million.
