Nomura Holdings reported a significant increase in profit for the six-month period ending September 30, 2025.
Financial Highlights
The company recorded a net income attributable to shareholders of $700.26 million (JPY106.64 billion). This represents a 17.5% increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year (FY2024).
Despite this jump in profit, Nomura’s total revenue declined by 5.8% to $15.23 billion (JPY2.32 trillion). However, net revenue rose by 10.8% to JPY1.04 trillion.

As of the end of September 2025, the firm’s total assets stood at $396.44 billion (JPY60.37 trillion), and total equity was $23.71 billion (JPY3.61 trillion).
