HSBC Global Private Banking (GPB) has announced three key senior appointments in Southeast Asia and Australia, bolstering its team with experienced professionals.
New Leadership in Singapore and Australia

Joanne Ng has been appointed Desk Head for the Singapore team. With 22 years of experience, Ng joins from OCBC Premier Private Client and will lead a team of relationship managers serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients in Singapore.

Tim Morse will join as Senior Business Development Manager for HSBC GPB in Australia in August 2025. Morse, who brings leadership experience from Citi, J.P. Morgan, and Deutsche Bank, will focus on strengthening collaborations between HSBC’s onshore and offshore private banking teams.

Tom Kinnear has also joined as a Relationship Manager (RM), covering Australia and International markets, reporting to Kapil Khanna.
Expanding Relationship Manager Teams
HSBC GPB is also adding new relationship managers in Indonesia and Malaysia:

In Indonesia, Le Hong Sie joins as a Senior Relationship Manager, bringing over 30 years of HSBC experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking. Leonard Eggert also joins the Indonesia team as a Relationship Manager, having previously worked at KfW.

In Malaysia, Rayner Wong (from Julius Baer) and Samuel Chi Hao Kee (from HSBC Premier) are taking on Relationship Manager roles.
