BofA Names New Leadership for Asia Pacific Global Payments Solutions


Bank of America’s Global Payments Solutions (GPS) has announced three key leadership appointments for its Asia Pacific team.

Lin Guo takes on the role of Head of GPS China. She will continue her responsibilities as Head of GPS Corporate Sales for China and Hong Kong, and as Deputy Branch Manager for Beijing. Lin, who joined BofA in 2013, brings over two decades of financial services experience in sales, client coverage, and management.

Kitty Yen has been appointed Head of GPS Taiwan, while also retaining her position as Head of GPS Corporate Sales for Taiwan. Kitty joined the bank in 2012 and has nearly 30 years of experience in treasury sales and corporate banking.

Both Lin and Yen will report to Aziz Parvez (Head of GPS Asia Pacific Corporate Sales) and Winnie Chen (Head of GPS APAC), as well as their respective local management. They will both join the GPS Asia Pacific Senior Leadership Team.

Additionally, BofA has named Olivia Anceau as Head of GPS Asia Pacific Specialized Product Sales (SPS). Based in Singapore, Anceau will lead the new SPS team, overseeing strategy across various product areas including trade, cards, core cash, sales readiness, bid management, and advisory services. Anceau brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, including cash, trade, and corporate and commercial banking, most recently from Citi Commercial Bank. He will report to Galen Robbins and Tracy Stover (Co-heads of GPS SPS) and Winnie Chen (Head of GPS Asia Pacific).
