Zurich Insurance Asia Pacific has introduced Zurich Edge Assist, a new module within its Zurich Edge Platform aimed at streamlining sales, servicing, and claims processes across multiple channels.
The platform offers intermediaries and Zurich teams real-time customer insights and automated workflows to ensure consistent service delivery.
Key features include lead prioritisation, unified customer profiles, and adaptable commission configurations. Additional modules for task tracking and AI-driven product matching are expected to roll out in 2026.
Built on a cloud-based architecture with open APIs, Zurich Edge Assist allows market-specific implementation and integration with external systems. Initially launched in Indonesia, the platform will expand to India, Japan, and Malaysia through 2026.
Zurich noted that the phased rollout across Asia Pacific will continue through the end of 2026, focusing on tools that enhance intermediary efficiency and data accuracy.
