Credit card activity in Taiwan softened in November 2025, with both monthly retail spending and revolving credit edging lower, according to data from the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC).
Retail transaction value totalled about $12.55 billion (NT$396.7 billion) in November, down from NT$453.4 billion in October, official figures showed.
Outstanding revolving credit stood at $3.72 billion (NT$117.8 billion) for the month, slightly below the NT$117.9 billion recorded at the end of October.
The average delinquency ratio was unchanged at 0.25% for both months.
There were around 40.47 million active credit cards in circulation in November across 32 card-issuing institutions operating in Taiwan.
