QWERTY Introduces New Traditional Royal Roast
QWERTY’s Traditional Royal Roast offers a fun dining experience, starting with a selection of starters. Guests can kick off their meal with the savoury sausage rolls, a nod to British comfort food that perfectly balances flaky pastry with seasoned sausage, or the classic prawn cocktail served with a tangy cocktail sauce. Alternatively, the chef’s soup of the day has flavors changing regularly to keep things exciting.
For the main event, guests can choose from juicy roast beef, tender roast lamb, or opt for a mixed roast to sample the best of both. Each main course is accompanied by an assortment of sides, including roast potatoes seasoned with rosemary and black pepper; glazed carrots infused with cinnamon and honey, and an assortment of mixed vegetables including cauliflower, broccoli, and peas – brightened with a hint of lemon and garlic. To top it all off, the chef adds red cabbage with cranberries to provide a tangy contrast, and no traditional roast would be complete without a golden, puffed Yorkshire pudding.
To conclude this feast, guests can choose a sweet bite from one of their traditional desserts – the bread & butter pudding served with warm custard, a beloved British classic; or the classic trifle mix of sponge cake, fruit, jelly, and custard, creating a sweet and satisfying end to the meal.
