Bahrain-based alternative asset manager Investcorp has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Smart Managed Solutions, a prominent mechanical and electrical (M&E) facilities management provider in the UK. While the financial specifics and exact size of the transaction were not made public, the London-based company specializes in maintaining critical building systems, such as HVAC, fire protection, electrical, gas, and water infrastructure.
