APEX – America’s Property Expo, Smarter Home & Furnishings (SHF) and the Smarter Infrastructure Summit (SIS) together form a single gateway to the U.S. property, smart living and infrastructure markets. Real estate, construction, home technology, energy, digital infrastructure and investment are all represented under one roof.

For three days this September, The Expo at World Market Center in Las Vegas becomes the meeting point for global capital and American opportunity. Following editions in New York, Miami and Chicago, the 4th edition of APEX convenes alongside SHF and SIS as one co-located ecosystem. Developers meet investors. City leaders meet capital. Technology meets the projects that need it.

Designed around the flow of global capital into the United States, the event connects developers, institutional and private investors, government agencies, technology providers and solution suppliers with the buyers, partners and project owners shaping America’s next generation of communities.

The global smart home market, valued at around USD 127 billion in 2024, is expanding at roughly 27% a year. And the United States faces a USD 3.7 trillion infrastructure investment gap over the next decade, according to the American Society of Civil Engineers.
