HitPay has partnered with Visa Acceptance Solutions to help small and medium-sized businesses in the Philippines accept both online and in-store card payments more easily.
Through this collaboration, Visa’s acceptance technology will be integrated into HitPay’s platform, giving local SMEs broader access to card-based transactions. Companies using HitPay will be able to handle digital and face-to-face payments without needing their own direct agreements with banks, the announcement said.
After rolling out in the Philippines, the two companies intend to extend their joint offering to more markets across Southeast Asia.
