Franklin Templeton has established a new Global Official Institutions Group, appointing Tariq Ahmad (Head of APAC) and Sandeep Singh (Head of CEEMEA and India) as its co-heads. This new unit will cater to central banks and sovereign wealth funds worldwide, a market segment estimated at $30 trillion. Ahmad and Singh will be responsible for cultivating relationships and developing customized investment solutions for these institutions.
